THE LOUNGE

​In establishing The Hi-Lash Lounge, I made it my mission to bring Wellington it's first lash lounge, inspired by those I've seen around the world; and to create a team of Wellington's finest, who share these same values and passion for lashing as me.

To me, lashing is like a form of meditation, where I can just zone out and focus on creating the perfect little fan for each eyelash - one by one - like 200 times..! That satisfaction you feel when you brush through a perfect, immaculate set of lashes is so addictive...and the fact that it helps someone to feel their absolute best!

It's really quite amazing how small details can have such a large impact. Hence why I always preach about how amazing lashes not only enhance beauty and confidence, but save you a great deal of time getting ready each morning too!! Especially when you can't be bothered putting on makeup, or are the kind of person that doesn't really wear it. It's true. If I could pick just one beauty treatment for the face, it would hands-down, no-questions-asked, be lashes! The process is relaxing, the impact is instant, and the difference it makes to your face is unbeatable. No wonder it's addictive! A good set of lashes should make you feel like a goddess, even at those ungodly hours!

• Ensure the job is tailored specifically to the client's natural features (i.e. eye-shape and condition of eyelashes)

• To build a relationship with each client so they know how much we care about them and their lashes!

• We will always endeavour to be kind to your natural lashes and do what is best for them, rather than loading them up with glue and using extensions that are too heavy and likely to cause damage. This also means delivering a clean job where the extensions are carefully isolated and meticulously applied to minimise clumping -leaving your lashes feeling light and flexible- because that's how they should be!
